Koko Body Care

Koko Body Care is a new business local to the RDU area of North Carolina. They are a small business that makes all natural body care products such as their signature body butters. Our goals when consulting for Koko Body Care are to help develop a marketing strategy, use analytics to optimize business operations, and to consult on branding. Up until this point (March 26, 2023), I've conducted case studies on other businesses in similar markets to see how they've created a culture of brand loyalty. I've also used Statista to evaluate market trends and support my belief that brand image and loyalty will be the most important factors for revenues in the coming months and years as the Fed continues to combat inflation and consumers have less disposable income to spend.
